Job Description:
- Understand the specifications and Designs and implements the logic to build the software component assigned and test the module assigned.
- Software development with Core Java, Spring, Servlet, JSP, Hibernate, HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL, JSON, AJAX, Apache Tomcat, JBoss Server and other technologies.
- Provides reliable solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem-solving techniques
- Ensuring that the code meets the coding standards
- Sending project status emails daily to the Reporting Manager
- Completes the work on time with minimal supervision and little guidance
- Prioritizes task, as needed. Tracks the work against plan and reports the status when required.
- Performs technical root cause analysis and outlines corrective action for given problems
- Participate in product and/or application definition activities including feature analysis and system trade-offs
- Responsible for the timeliness and quality of the components assigned
- Appropriate escalations to the project manager on project areas assigned
- Acquiring end-to-end process awareness for software development and implementing relevant processes
- Other business activities as defined by the Department Head / Project Manager
- Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organisations
- Protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Client support and feedback
