Job Description:
- Training:
- Travel to the client location and deliver the topic/ module as communicated by the Operations team
- Take attendance in the class
- Carry hand outs to the classrooms and handover the remaining hand out material to the project manager after the training session
- When at office, prepare for various modules, give demos to the mentor/ reporting manager, receive feedback, improve on training delivery skills
- Content:
- Proof read the hand out material
- Develop FAQs based on the live training experience
