Job Description:
  • Should have good knowledge on JAVA.
  • Should be ready to do Oncall Support and work on tickets.
  • This is a requirement for T2 support involving on-call rotation.
  • The resource would need to learn and understand the application partly using existing documentation and partly on the job and start providing 24X7 support involving on-call rotation.
  • The member needs to be on-call for a duration of 2 to 3 weeks in a month.
  • During the on-call period, he/she can work regular work hours from office and support the remaining hours from home using company provided cell phone and laptop.
  • He/she will be called on the support phone only if there are critical or high tickets raised in that application.
