Job Description:
- You will be the first point of contact that a potential customer will connect with, Via phone,email or any other means of communication
- Effectively manage calls and explaining them about Square Plums properties
- Understanding the customer’s needs and answering their questions accurately
- Providing valid & complete information to customers
- Building sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive communication
- Keep records of customer interactions and maintaining database
- Regular follow up with customers and closing the deals
Skills Required:
