Job Description:
  • You will be the first point of contact that a potential customer will connect with, Via phone,email or any other means of communication
  • Effectively manage calls and explaining them about Square Plums properties
  • Understanding the customer’s needs and answering their questions accurately
  • Providing valid & complete information to customers
  • Building sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Keep records of customer interactions and maintaining database
  • Regular follow up with customers and closing the deals
