Job Position: CCC Engineer

Job Description :

To probe and understand the customer requirements and offer tailor-made solution to enrich customer buying experience.
Repair quality and / or assessment of the defect when customer brings in / relates defect in product purchased
To offer services to customer, which enables the product usage to be optimum, based on its functions and capabilities, at a cost, will bring in additional revenues to company
To identify and execute cross selling opportunities to all walk-in customers, recommending accessories and cables / connectors etc.
To identify and evaluate product performance and quality, and report on abnormal pattern on any product/segment.
Ensure customer complaints are closed in a definite time frame. Escalate to the resQ operations team appropriately if not solved within time frame agreed upon to ensure customer experience is not affected.
Responsible for Demos of products sold from stores
Do L1 level troubleshooting for all G & G products
Systematically deal with dead on arrival (DOA) products, to avoid any loss to organisation.

Eligibility Criteria:

Willing to work in Retail Outlet
Having trouble shooting knowledge in Mobile, Laptop
Knowledge of OS Installation and trouble shooting
ITI holder can apply.
10+2 qualified with courses on Mobile and Computer hardware and networking can apply

Education:

UG -Diploma - Any Specialization, Computers, Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Vocational Course, Graduation Not Required
PG - Post Graduation Not Required
Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required
