Job Description

Responsible for the design of Test Strategy, Test cases and Test data.
Develop, document Test Scenarios and Cases based on functional profiles
Customer interaction, recruiting, test tool introduction, test planning, staff supervision and cost/progress status reporting
Test requirement definition, test design, test script and test data development, test automation, test environment configuration management and test execution
Review ongoing development/technical documentation and maintain an inventory of improvements.

Train and retain members of the technology group as a part of knowledge management activity
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensures client satisfaction.
Train and coach members of technology groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity

Skills

Functional Testing-Defect Management Tool ( QC / Bugzilla ) :Intermediate with between 2 to 5 years’ experience
Automation Testing-QTP : Intermediate with between 2 to 5 years’ experience
Experienced Manual test lead
Experience leading onsite/offshore teams
Strong experience in Web application testing
Preference for experience in the Banking domain
