Looking for candidates with 0-3 years of experience with strong passion for Recruitment. We work 9.00AM to 6.30PM, 5 days a week (Mon to Fri) and 4th Sat of each month. Job Description: Job responsibilities would include, but not limited to sourcing talent through different sources, Headhunting, Cold Calling, Internet Mining, Research, Industry mapping, Talent Mapping, Candidate Engagement, Client-Candidate Relationship Management, Salary Negotiation, Job Positioning and follow ups during and after the interviewing process. You would deal with some of the best of talent and clients in EPC, Oil & Gas, Power, Real Estate, Automobile, Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, Pharma & Healthcare, Apparel, Telecommunications, Financial Services & IT industry. Required Competencies: Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence C-level candidates; superior convincing and negotiation skills. Strong analytical skills and an ability to think out-of-the box Multitasking, Self-motivated and can work in a fast paced and confidential work environment Takes accountability; demonstrates Business maturity and Attention to detail. Ability to work as an individual contributor, part of the team or as a leader.
