Job Description:
- Working on End to End recruitment process.
- Sourcing candidates through various sources.
- Job portals, social network and head hunting.
- Posting and advertising the jobs on various sites.
- Preliminary screening/ conduct first level telephonic interview /shortlisting the right profile against the given requirement.
- Schedule interviews with different levels / clients and follow up for the feed backs.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidate till they on-board
Skills Required:
- Willing to work in night shifts.
- Good Communication skills- both verbal and written.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
- Must be able to work in a team.
Mandatory Documents:
